I have switched to Arch and I didnt blow anything up!
I've started playing ffxiv again and It's amazing to me how good that game looks. I know the graphics have been updated but it came out in 2013, how does it look better than some modern AAA games.

So It's been another 3 hours and I haven't got it all working so I've decided to just give up and use the FeMC mod without the romance changes and keep all the modded dialogue. If anyone ever has a conversation with me about p5r and I mention dialogue that was never actually said this is why lmao
I'm restarting p5r after not finishing it but really wanted to play with the female protag mod this time, but without changing any romance/dialog coz its (kinda) my first playthrough, so I've just spent 2 hours learning p5r mod formatting so I could delete all the files that aren't models or sprites

I keep seeing posts saying that AAA gaming ceos think that vale has a monopoly, which is stupid because all Valve does is make good products that people like using, and are therefore successful

update on my idea about being able to run games on a usb stick without creating files on the pc, I have successfully set up umu-launcher to run proton games in its own directory, I now just need to make a tool to set everything up automatically, then figure out how to do it for native linux games
