I suspect the website should actually be called InstaCatfish.

I'm reminded of a classic scene from Father Ted:

I would gladly use any of those styles to embroider my initials on the lapel of my smoking jacket!

It solves the "UCP's got friends who are lining up to make wheelbarrows of cash" problem.

This also seems apropos this week ...

It is sketchy that it would be at a bus stop, but I had the same brand of safe, and had to resort to some drastic measures when the handle suddenly stopped working (a locksmith assisted). These safes are garbage!

It was a good one! I botched a few answers, but otherwise finished in my usual slow time.

The Calgary & Edmonton percentages look off (e.g., Edmonton looks very close to a 50% increase, definitely not a lesser percentage increase than Calgary).

Anybody who claims they have a clear mandate with under half of the popular vote deserves a hearty boot in the ass.
October 26, 2025 at 7:16 PM
Shh! Don't spread that word around, that's the name of my work computer (seriously).
October 24, 2025 at 7:37 PM
In contrast, the other team has no problem yelling "I have an overwhelming mandate!" on day one as they start breaking shit.

I've heard it a few times. It's a play on Denver being called "The mile high city".
October 5, 2025 at 4:02 AM
Lack of oxygen? (They do call Calgary "The kilometer high city" ...).
