Sign on to our letter of support for OneVictory Staff Union at the link in bio. The workers of OneVictory Staff Union are dedicated to advocating on behalf of LGBTQ+ folks--and they deserve fair pay and respect on the job while doing it. Tell Management to bargain in good faith!

We’ve won big protections for reproductive and gender affirming healthcare for our workers. As access to these services become more limited, our fight for these protections becomes more urgent. There is much work to still be done to protect LGBTQ+ workers & we're proud to be a leader in this space.
