Yep, I‘ll always blame @baldwin.senate.gov for not having enough moral fortitude to actually vote against some of these monsters. I’m still waiting for her office to give me a single valid reason she thought Duffy was qualified.

It’s not like I request an Uber from a device that has a Bluetooth radio on it, we can’t possibly pass authentication tokens that way.

…And I’m not even being paid to solve this, I’m sure there are better solutions

Sure they do. I can’t print money at home due to multiple technical reasons. There are markers that both image editing software and printers look for. All color laser printers also embed the serial of the printer on the page for tracing. Granted that’s an extreme example, but anything is possible.
