The Reproductive Rights Law Initiative (RRLI) at CWRU School of Law aims to preserve, protect, and expand access to abortion and reproductive health care in Ohio and across the Midwest through advocacy, education and scholarship.
The court kept Ohio’s 6-week abortion ban blocked while lifting some related provisions. Abortion access remains unchanged as the State considers whether to appeal.
