1. HTML and styles are decoupled: HTML itself is a part of styling because it implicitly contains the flow of layout and the nesting information of elements. CSS is not sufficient to control the style.

I'm a new grad in CS, working at Miro right now. I read some of your insightful blogs when I was in uni before :) Before working I received scholarship from the Netherlands so moved here to study and found the industry here really vivid.
