Every way she is blatantly expressing gender in that photo, makeup, hair, accessories, clothes, etc. Anyone who saw her presenting herself the way she is on the street would gender her as a woman. Degendering her because she is carrying a trans flag is not neutral.

No one suggested anything of the sort. I said it is wrong to misgender a trans woman. If you can't address trans women as women, that's your personal issue.

Misgendering someone via degendering is harmful. In any context other than holding a trans flag would use she/her, but because she is trans she is stripped of her gender. The hair, accessories, makeup, etc all scream "I am a woman".

I think that is to emphasize that he didn't just take her life – he also irreparably harmed multiple children by killing someone who was probably one of if not the most important person in their lives. I hope they exact revenge when they're older.

It's pretty safe to assume someone presenting that way is a woman. It's worse to they/them a trans woman who is deliberately presenting femme in multiple obvious ways.

It's fair if the winner is cis, white, perisex and gender conforming. Otherwise it is unfair, or even unsafe! Sports is for reinforcing social hierarchies. It's unfair for the underclass to usurp the most privileged.
