Ooh, maybe we take a little bit of influence from hockey/soccer penalties and give teams the choice to take a timeout or play 1 man short on the next play. Time to regroup isn't really beneficial if you have to leave one person completely unguarded or a wide zone. Faking injury becomes less enticing

Doesn't matter. If we can allow the 🍊💩 to get elected, twice, why would the international community EVER trust us again? Because they now know that no deal, agreement, law, or "norm" is valid for longer than 3-4 years. We've lost all credibility for decades.
