I'm IBX Bronze @ $2,246 per mo. IBX Silver PPO is $3,278 per mo. IBX Gold PPO plans are $3,841 per mo. Rather self insure the upside costs with Bronze vs Silver/Gold. All of it is outrageous. Our HC system is busted & broken.
