Like the 2nd amendment as it's written doesn't actually protect a persons right to self defense, only that of the state. And again because it doesn't differentiate between civilian and militia use, a future supreme court could just revoke it.

At a minimum it must specify that militias are to defend the constitution. As well as providing a method for a judge and jury to revoke these privileges should they be abused. It would also be ideal if we specified to what extent this applies to civilians.

Going to websites to download software rather than using the package manager. I ended up with stuff that needed to be built from source and ended up getting confused. It's a bit better with appimage now, but it's still worth using the package manager when you can.

Even if it were about minerals, we could just trade for it. There is no reason whatsoever to have threatened anyone. At best he's trying to overcompensate for his failures elsewhere, though I wouldn't rule out Putin trying to influence him either.

Unfortunately I don't think we can be rid of that any time soon. Our best bet would probably be using a bike or public transport when possible, which only reduces it. If your lucky though, walking might sometimes be an option, but let's face it, a lot of cities aren't designed with that in mind.

You can use them for playgrounds, both for swings and the ground up rubber that makes the safety mats. Also I believe the military reuses theirs for boot camps. Though we probably still need to keep looking for more potential uses.

You still need elected officials who can draft the laws. There is also the issue of election frequency, too much and voters will get fatigued and not turn up. I would argue that the best option is for a system to accommodate both representatives and direct democracy.

Problem is, taking it WILL start a war that will only end up costing more money than that oil is worth. Not to mention the human cost. How many American lives do you think is justified to throw away for it?
