On what planet is "litigation risk" a reason against going forward with an indictment?

We really need a constitutional amendment stating unequivocally that the President is not above the law.
Not that it would stop the current Supremes from finding a loophole, but let's at least make it a little harder for them to be complete oligarchs.

Good move- find the pain-point (heater's out, need one asap so no time to schedule) as a stepping stone for the customer, giving them incentive to go forward with the sale!
