And Project 2025 is biased to the right - so - what’s their point? Bias itself is unescapable. Hurting people because you believe your bias is the only one that should be allowed is the problem.

@governor.ca.gov we are AFRAID to come to the US, including California. We would love to feel safe to come back, but need to feel that coming into the country does not leave us without basic human rights and free speech, and know that we will have recourse if we are detained while there.

Hm ok - yes in an ideal world the voting was/is the thing that people would do, but right now it’s becoming more and more clear that the folks elected lied, and are now supporting a LOT of things that they specifically denied connection to in the campaign (Project 2025). Also, election interference.

Talk to your republicans, they’re the ones who have the power and are not representing you! They’re supposed to be fighting for and representing YOU, regardless of who the president is. Democrats got suppressed. Maybe support them, not criticize them. You know, like ‘what can I do to help’?

Agree that they need support, direction, leadership and motivation. I don’t think they are not even trying. It’s a huge fight and everyone needs to help them and give them strength and encouragement, not blame. Who’s gonna step up? Would you want the job?

D’s need to do more but your R’s are the problem! They’re supposed to be representing you once elected, regardless of party leader. Go after them - they’re the ones who actually can do something right now!

Any plans to start a new party? Would love to see someone take the lead to break the current 2 party binary system! Clearly something centrist would attract a lot of attention right now… might be a good time to shake things up a bit?

There’s lots of research happening on this on the Canadian side of things right now… would be great to break up some of these monopolies through consumer choice rather than regulation at this time, as I doubt regulation is going to happen! Would love to see some viable start ups - now’s the time!

Do you mean the trillion that trump added to the deficit last time so that he could give tax cuts to the wealthy? Would be great to see the wealthy tighten their belts and pay some taxes for a change.
