In these times of Trump, I feel even more thankful for my international friendship with him, as it means a lot that we've remained friends despite everything. So I want to say happy birthday to a wise, caring, kind, and overall awesome dude who I consider one of my closest and most important friends

I am a cynical person, but @moonpaladin.bsky.social has tried to help me not accept doomerism as my worldview. He's been a loyal and caring friend who's helped me a lot, and I do feel some of my biggest victories last year were in part thanks to his words of wisdom helping me.
