We would like to wish everyone who will be receiving A level and GCSE results this month all the best. We know that the period around results day can bring intense stress, anxiety, and fear of failure, so we would like to share some resources in the comments below that you may find helpful 👇

Best of luck to all the Year 13s today. We hope you get the A level results you hope for. But if you don't, remember you have your own path to follow in life and this will never, ever define you.

Children with speech and language challenges are more likely to have poor mental health but less likely to be able to access effective support.
With @speechandlanguk.bsky.social, we're calling for action to tackle this inequity: tinyurl.com/4avhwckr #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek #MHAW

🚨 Unless we see change, the mental health crisis across England is only going to get worse.

Alongside 36 other organisations, we have written an open letter to the PM calling for a strategy that addresses the causes of rising mental illness, suicide and people out of work.

A new paper has reported on the impact of young people's admissions to adult mental health wards. This is incredibly important during the current reforms of the Mental Health Bill.

Young people must be admitted to age appropriate facilities.

The Government must act now to turn around the recent rise in mental health problems among children and young people. By investing in evidence-based, cost-effective prevention strategies, it can ensure every child has the best chance of good mental health: tinyurl.com/4dxsn69k #InvestInChildhood

We're proud to have signed a joint letter with @endchildpoverty.bsky.social written by Rosie - a mum pulled into poverty by the two-child limit to benefit payments, addressed to @RachelReevesMP.

This policy has been in place for 8 years and must be scrapped. #AllKidsCount
endchildpoverty.bsky.social
Today marks an unhappy milestone. The 2-child limit to benefit payments has now been in place for 8 yrs. This limits the money families can get when claiming benefits, if their 3rd + child was born after April 2017.

@teamlabouruk.bsky.social must scrap this and lift 350,000 children out of poverty
