Thanks OCD, I really needed a 2+ hour egodeath spiral about my inadequacy as a human being to start my day. I slept, I ate right, I took my pills, I exercised, I made good choices yesterday, I've seen friends + cuddled my dog, and still you punish me

Kinda scared of myself. Every night I fall a bit deeper into thoughts of leaving it all. Go to the forest, dont walk out. I cant bear to live feeling like I failed too much already. Every step I take is one more offence for living past my use. Just die off already

I'm really struggling to keep my head up. Like every day and night, I think I shouldn't wake up for tomorrow. If I give up, lash out, try any and every rash thing I could until I finally feel okay again
