3/thw ERs weren’t reimbursed, they would go bankrupt, and even a liily-white old Christian would have no place to get emergency care.
2-if our ERs didn’t treat everyone who needed emergency care, ppl would be very wary of traveling to the US.

Even under their current BS immunity ruling, Trump would still be liable for the UKR extortion and OoJ. Telling UKR it had to invent an investigation of Hunter Biden to get arms a congress had voted for was not in the scope of his duties, it was for personal gain. And the OoJ, several cases.

2/extortion, and the Mueller OoJ cases pretty much laid out. On Jan6, he was also misguided by his prior experience, there was no need to work one’s way up the chain. I doubt they got anything of substance from the convictions.

No one person is completely to blame. But Garland is high among the culprits. He never grasped the moment we were in.
Most ppl focus on Jan6 where he was clearly dilatory, SCOTUS exacerbated his delays w further delays and ridiculous rulings (and gratuitous DICTA).

3/ bring the perjury charges, the penalties and how to enforce them.

To answer some criticisms:
1-no one is forced to subject themselves to the consequences of lying. One cannot post if one doesn’t agree.
2-there’s no govt watchdog deciding truth from lies. That will be up to the moving party
