GE used this churn and burn method decades ago. This is nothing new. Eventually, you have to figure out that these are human beings - not widgets. Not everyone is as replaceable as you think... except maybe the CEO. Musk has shown that you only need a part-time CEO.

The biggest problem with US higher education - in my opinion - is the way they operate. They need to run their shared services on a more corporate model. Waste is rampant. I can provide more details when I finish my dissertation - it is on just that. 😁

Depends on the kid. All options should be available and AFFORDABLE to everyone. I would go as far as to say it should be nearly free like other countries.
