Aging into that next phase of life: wheelchair riding because of osteoarthritis flare up (debilitating) at my left knee. Diagnosis is that I don’t have bone-on-bone yet, but it’s coming. Amazed that I could barely walk yesterday morning (no fracture; cortisone shot)
