That’s a better solution. I’d worry about a centralized network where you car’s speed (or operability) could be regulated by the government. I don’t see how you could not also have privacy concerns with that. But if was just through signs or physical road markers that could work.

How would the speed governors work? Through some kind of geo fencing? What could ICE do with that?
