I glanced at the patch notes through EW to refresh my brain before I sent that, the only nerf I could find was Crest's healing getting made less silly in 6.05. Everything else went up over time as far as I saw... even your reaper vid lists that as the only nerf.

They did the exact same thing with Reaper too, where it came out a little too hot and everything else got tuned around it rather than tuning down reaper (other than it's group regen)

Actually, the fairy heals were bugged this whole expac lmao. The trait at 85 wasn't applying, and the patch notes were listing the fix as a new feature. They have a news listing about it a month or so ago (alongside a mirrored bug with SMN)
