As someone with almost 500 hours on MCC, and probably more than that including the 360 versions of the games, who has seen all of the terminals and cutscenes, I can confirm it is 100% definitely, totally real that his suit just does that. In fact, it's the whole reason Cortana was made

After playing it a little more in singleplayer, it might be. I think the biggest killer of enjoyment for me was what I said about not being able to do anything for a load of turns and waiting for other people to end theirs as well which wasn't as bad in singleplayer

It wasn't helped by the UI kind of sucking a little bit, and it not having any real tooltips when you hover over icons. Same with when I tried the tutorial because it's one of those shitty ones that mostly just goes "you need to do this thing right now," and then basically does it for you anyway

It wasn't the worst time hanging out, but me and other person didn't really know what we were doing in the game or why, and for me there were a lot of turns where I just had to immediately end so it got boring waiting for ages and getting to do nothing

I sadly don't think you can, which is a shame because I do want to enjoy that game. If it weren't for the being so much downtime where I'm just having to end my turn and do nothing, then I might have had a better time. Maybe now that I have a little better idea of how I'd start a game, though
