I've been trying for 2 weeks to get a historical statement; a complaints letter of epic proportions is brewing in my mind. I've just retired from a 30 year career in customer self-service and 'Cora' is the worst thing I've ever encountered.

I remember being astonished when the 'new' library (by which I mean 1988, but then that's only about 20 years ago, surely, right?) was demolished!

You beat me to posting this! (I come from a Cardiff cinema family in fact - my grandfather and great uncle owned the Splott Cinema Company; their big one was the Gaiety on City Road)
