The consumer didn't kill the sedan or the station wagon, the manufacturers did. SUVs and Crossovers were created because they could be manufactured to truck safety and efficiency standards which were cheaper to build and so provided greater profit.

Not a constitutional scholar but my understanding is that any attempt to recall Kelly would be a violation of the constitutional principle of legislative independence. Even if they were to, there is no law that would require Kelly to resign from the Senate. Just more little boys trying to look tough

This is the same guy who said in a 60 Minutes interview when asked about the reconstruction of Gaza that they’d had good people working on plans for reconstruction for two years, before Gaza was destroyed. Maybe a NYC/Miami “deal guy” isn’t the best choice as peace broker.

All This will ever accomplish, is pushing the unhealthy and unfit away from insurance altogether, thereby reducing the pool and increasing the cost for everyone. This is the most basic rationale for universal coverage.
