The consumer didn't kill the sedan or the station wagon, the manufacturers did. SUVs and Crossovers were created because they could be manufactured to truck safety and efficiency standards which were cheaper to build and so provided greater profit.

Not a constitutional scholar but my understanding is that any attempt to recall Kelly would be a violation of the constitutional principle of legislative independence.
