As long as there’s a single brown face in this country, Reform voters won’t be happy. You could stop immigration today but it won’t affect those already here so Reform won’t be happy.

It should be compulsory for politicians to study Systems Theory. The OU used to offer a very good unit on this! Seems to me it's an essential part of political (and wider) education.
