If you’re interested in food tracking, I’ve had a lot of success with MacroFactor if you weigh daily. It models consumption and changes targets based on metabolism. Easily the best food tracking app I’ve found. It’s a sensible use of AI. It gets dialed in over time until you change habits.

So, I got the following when I had a mispelling. Whenever I corrected it, I got pictures of birds… strange.
