The weighted average will fluctuate based on country of origin. I predict much more trans shipping (illegal). And China can quickly mobilize to move machinery and people to lower tariff locations. This is not a game that Felon 45 can win.

This chart SHOULD show the weighted average tariff. This is basically BS unless weighted by total imports by country of origin. When weighted (China being one of our largest trade partners) I am sure the tariff will be much higher average than shown here. Of course companies will move production.

Trump has already made it clear FDIC is a target. An early February executive order aimed at giving the president more power over independent regulatory agencies included the FDIC.
