"Just the tip" doesn't count. If ND doesn't want to be a full time member, the ACC should figure out how to move forward without them.

Also happy that uva didn't win their first outright ACC title ever to distract any of the attention (not that they would have gotten much). Also happy that uva still hasn't won an outright ACC title more generally, but that's besides the point
