Was the first time I brought Puffin to an armory! Not the first time playing her. The deck feels good to play, cranking for a mystery card is really fun.
I'm borrowing the generic L equipments she needs. Hopefully the reprints will bring them down to my budget 🤞 #fabtcg

I think I improved my draft/sealed skills, although some sets suit me more than others.

And I got more familiarised with the "greater" Dutch FaB community, met new people and strengthened my friendship with the people I already knew.

I changed up a few cards for our Skirmish on Saturday. Got rid of 2 cards I didn't like seeing in my hands, and replaced another card for consistency 🤞

R6 W - Lyath
Fratricide. Pretty mid-range game. Lots of set-up from their end, which helped & hindred me. Another win through Craterhoof, needlessly risky because I forgot my gold draw trigger.

A pretty fun day. Friendly opponents and I got a bunch of cards I needed to build towards Puffin & Lyath.

R4 L - Gravy
Started high-tempo, he built his boardstate. Kept him on <3 life for 4 or so turns, but the Rum got him there
R5 L - Oscilio
Also high-tempo, but my "disruptive" Spinal Crush did nothing against his Greaves activation. Should've accepted earlier that he was performing his combo turn

R1 L - Dori
Didn't expect Decimator. Long game, got fatigued. Should've fat-decked
R2 W - Dori
Dawnblade Dori. Fat-decked. Prevented the second swing many times. Won through a Craterhoof activation
R3 L - Fang
My blockpower falls when I don't know when to block. Continues to be a difficult match-up

I'm a little enthusiastic with the new name, but it's technically still Project Blue of course.

We're using the rules of the other 20-life formats: 40 cards, 2 copies per card, 35 minute rounds and the ban list CrownOfLavender made on Fabrary fabrary.net/decks/01JSQX...

On the other hand, I’m very happy that the CF Bravo will also be a spot prize and I hope LSS will continue to experiment with this.
Being able to randomly win a Marvel is cool and I believe it will motivate newer / casual players to join, as they’ll have more of an equal chance at the main prize.
