The Bloor Annex BIA has made this point and the govt of the little guy and bizness has rejected them. It’s all a shame and I continue to search for real conservatives that aren’t just wallowing in culture wars.
This is also a complete F-you to small businesses along those streets. GET IN YOUR CAR AND DO NOT STOP FOR ANYTHING, FOLKS.
