Finally submitted my honours project. Absolute relief, but I think I’ve lost my mind a bit somewhere in the process. Now stuck in that weird post-submission limbo... What am I meant to do with myself now?

Researching for my critical review on trauma perceptions in OT, I came across a therapist who asked kids
'Do you want a high five, a hug, or a handshake?'
Such a simple, trauma-informed way to celebrate their success while honouring consent.

Been thinking about #MOHO and how the environment shapes occupation. Social media is an occupation too, right? Since moving from X to Bluesky, I’ve felt a tonne more satisfied and engaged. Just goes to show how a positive environment makes all the difference for meaningful participation.
