I hate going to the gym and watching women in the locker room obsessing over the scale and the number it displays. It makes me sad. I wish more women loved their bodies!!!!

As an immigrant, I’m coming to understand that the right to free speech isn’t as absolute as I once believed. It’s unsettling to realize that expressing certain views could put my status of citizenship at risk. It’s a deeply uncomfortable and frightening reality to sit with.
