Older Gen Z. Loves older games. Has cats, but likes dogs too. Kings (🏀, that is), 49ers, Sharks, former A's.

I come from a family of Rs, but I woke up. (Get it? Woke?) Voted against the Fanta Fuhrer three times, much to their dismay.
That's why I quit my previous job at a grocery store that's frequented by people like that. On top of the usual employer-related problems, I hated having to be respectful to some of the most disrespectful people out there. Your descriptions fit them perfectly.

Same here. Fast speed was actually intended to make players die faster so that arcades would make more quarters, but once you get used to it, it actually makes the game easier!

If "U.S." were changed to "Trump", the number of Republicans approving of it would probably go way up.

Then he needs to step aside and let someone who can meet the moment run for that seat. He won it by less than 200 votes over Duarte; now it's easy to see why Dems were hesitant to vote for him. Hopefully that hesitancy carries over into the primary this year and gets a bit stronger.

"I'm not mad at you" and driving away = disputing something?

Like they didn't tolerate Melissa Hortman's assassination?

Remember last year when he went to Alaska to meet with Putin and said he was going to Russia? And even after that when he said that he was flying back to the United States?

Grumpy Old People?

It sounds like that was the plan. Release it to everybody -> people complain -> restrict it to paid users -> general public is happy that it's gone for ~99% of total users, ignoring that it's still there for the people who make Musk richer.

Since you can learn a lot by watching Jeopardy, it's not surprising that the uneducated are "threatening" to stay that way.

As someone who walks busy streets of multiple cities, that logic would mean that I fear for my life every time I do it. And being that most people who do it don't have guns or false immunity from laws, we would actually be more justified in having that fear than ICE.
January 10, 2026 at 12:20 AM
How do we think he'll try to distract people from this one? Iran? Removing the VP of Venezuela? ICE in another blue area?

There's no need to debate something that didn't happen.
January 9, 2026 at 2:06 AM
That's if the Big Macs don't catch up to him by then! Then again, Vance is just as likely to do that.

It's amazing that they still use those Amazon, Temu, etc. "uniforms" despite having a bigger budget than the Marines and the national debt being an afterthought. They've probably spent more on those dumb TV commercials than all of their uniforms.
January 9, 2026 at 12:55 AM
What's that about accusations and confessions again?
January 9, 2026 at 12:24 AM
Sadly, many of the people whose brains can't recognize that can still vote. (And even run for office!)
January 8, 2026 at 11:42 AM
I'm so angry that I emailed mine today for the first time ever. It's @adamgrayca.bsky.social, one of the Democrats who voted to table the articles of impeachment last year. If even the events of 2026 (so far) don't get him to change his mind, he might as well run as a Republican next time.
January 8, 2026 at 7:39 AM
Two lying Republicans are both right for once! Bonus points to Bingo for confessing to things by accusing someone else of them!
January 7, 2026 at 1:48 AM
I'm surprised that they remembered that Biden was still the president at the start of 2025, given that a lot of Rs think that he was president in 2020 and before 1/20/21. And that Trump was the president in 2016. And that Obama was in 2017 (after 1/20) and 2018.
January 6, 2026 at 4:57 AM
That couldn't be him. It doesn't have the word "very" or end with one of his dumb sign-offs.

There's a story at the bottom of this bottle and I'm the pen

So the 8647 seashells were a threat of murder, but that next-to-last sentence is fine?
