Okay... I am putting a lot of effort into long term improvements to my life: eating healthy, voice training, budgeting, etc. and while none have immediately paid off, I am creating good habits for the future.

A queer club was the first place I used my name. I didn't even think I was trans at that point, just wanted to dress femme and didn't want to introduce myself with a male name.

Yeah, I've never liked the "born this way" narrative. I think I could have survived as a man, but I'm thriving as a woman. Did I "choose" to be trans? I don't really think it matters. I'm happy and I have the right to choose how my life unfolds.

That tattoo is awesome! There wasn't a specific moment that cracked my egg, more the general feeling of "why do I feel a longing for what these characters have?"

I'm sorry, but I care about the safety of my friends and people in my community. And Sarah McBride refusing to take a stand makes my community less safe. So forgive me if I don't care much for the safety of a US Representative, who has more safety than any of the people I care about ever will.
