A collaboration piece inspired by and in collaboration with The Beanut Lands over on @drewcy.bsky.social’s channel.

Unravel the Mystery of {Nhuraci’fraure} [may change this]

This journal serves as Omeki’s backstory and Journey in the Beanut Lands.

Theyrn’Mor: A central location in the Grove, also the Name of our Animal Crossing Island. Translates to The Heartroot. (Heart in this case metaphorically meaning centerpiece)

The bot is set up, I just have to revise the cards as world lore and the formation of names have changed.

The Mossbound Grove, Daespyrial: (WIP)
An anthology novel that acts as a Lexicon guide for the Grove.

Ended up streaming for about an hour and half, got to talk about projects I couldn’t pull up (which made me feel worse) and ended up cutting early when my energy just finally died.

I was prepared, then all my sources disappeared, I ended up panicking trying to fix it before launch, ended up breaking things more, realized I was 35 minutes late so I took 5 to compose myself and completely derailed myself because I was “40 minutes late”

These are pour art, we mixed colors in cups and poured and swirled it around on the canvas. (I made like “latte art” in my cup, and then did the small one and one on the right)

My partner did his colors, and then also blew on the canvas to cause ripples (one on left).

To clarify that Torgali was not Omeki, but it’s one of those things kinda felt like coincidental foreshadowing.

Map: The Grove

A few hidden traps around the map, traps affect both survivor and killer.

the main building is a giant tree with branches at various heights, two ways up (vines swirl around the tree) but multiple ways down by dropping onto various branches (hooks can be on branches)

New survivor item: Spiral seed: when thrown, cause a loud noise notification, and become the obsession. (Think pebble but makes you the obsession)

Spirals: when hooking the obsession, gain a 50% haste and bonus to all actions speeds for 45s however hooking a non-obsession gives you a 25% hinder and debuff to all actions speeds.

Embers: when a survivor becomes the obsession, gain a token (up to 11) for each token. When you kick a generator add 2% more damage per token, and regress 5% faster per token.

Thorns: when the obsession is healed the survivor who completed the action is injured and broken for 30 seconds (they are not revealed)

Killer perks: (directly mirror the survivor perks)
Roots: when chasing the obsession, the generator with the most progress is revealed to you (this effect lingers for 2 seconds after chase ends).

When the obsession is hooked, the obsession changes, and the new obsession is revealed by killer instinct. (This change prioritizes the survivor with the least amount of hooks)

The survivors who are not the obsession receive a 25% debuff to all repair and healing actions when the obsession is NOT within 8m of them, the Obsession gets a 10% buff to healing, repair, and unhooking within 8m of another survivor.
