You might look up the herringbone half double crochet (US terminology) and see if that looks close to you. It's hard for me to tell when I can't flip it around and look at the stitches myself.

I'm going to guess it was the trash I just blocked myself and I couldn't seen any reason for the inclusion of the yarn emoji.

A lot of people are using the yarn ball icon to mean they're starting a thread now instead of the spool icon that's generally been the indicator because they think string is just string. Unfortunately most of the fiber feeds include the yarn ball icon as one of their inclusion keywords.
