I could of course sit at home and do whatever I wanted, pain free, except: open the windows, turn the lights on, be warm in any capacity, bend down, watch tv or play video games, read, lay down, sit or stand slouching, get excited, irritated, or sad.
That.. doesnt leave a whole lot for me to do.

I dont think i’ve left the house to do anything that isnt grocery shopping, laundry, or visiting my family for holidays in over a year. I used to go like every other weekend to kayak or walk a trail.

I used to love swimming. Now i can only do it if my heads IN the water like the whole time, so paddleboarding for more than an hour is a definite suicide migraine.
