Once we saw him using the birdbath, we started leaving peanuts for him by the bath. But the main thing is that I started talking to him and whistling to him when he was in the yard. Within a week, he started just hanging out on the fence and watching me work when I was out there.

We had a crow friend this year. He brought his nasty roadkill treats into our yard and made soup in our birdbath. We named him Jason. He was hit by a car about a block from our house. I'm no longer naming my crow friends.
