Paper quality also seriously compromised compared to the blue stamp, which retains a hint of the shiny surface of the original stamp.

Latest bleach result: the blue is fading as well, with greens remaining. So probably not the cause of the alteration.

Preliminary result. Bleach eats away at all colors, but seems to leave the blue more or less intact.

More weirdness from Albanian philately. Stamps from the 1967 pelican issue. Bottom row normal, top row mystery with nonsensical cancellation. Chemically altered to fool collectors?

One of the reasons I like collecting Albania is that you come across all sorts of weird shit. What's with the white space on the 10q and 15q values to the right of the corresponding sheetlet?The cancellation looks fishy too. Too small.

Buurpoes. Aan mijn kant van de omheining wachtte zijn harige buurman op een kans om hem te molesteren. Heb ik buurpoes verteld. Buurpoes besloot met enig tegengepruttel om toch maar in zijn eigen tuin te blijven. Buurpoes is verstandig.
