Fossil Fighters Champions did give T Rex the Super Evolver form of T-Rex Lord (aka Hell Lord in JP).

Spino got one too in Despino, but has no sail and shares the model with V-Raptor's Evo.

apparently yesterday wass the Tyrannosaurus Rex's birthday!!! i unfortunately don't have any "nice" drawings regarding a T-rex-like creature but i DO have these! :'D
