Even now the rhetoric is shifting even more nasty and violent than he was doing this time last year in run up to election.

Don’t be scared to call them fascists and Nazi’s - this is exactly how Hitler did it.

Trump to the military: "They're vicious people that we have to fight, just like you have to fight vicious people. Mine are a different kind of vicious...They make up a statement...These sleaze-bags, it's why the press is really losing all power."

Exactly - if she was on the ballot, she’d be trying to hoover up the votes Gavin left behind

What she really means is she wants it cancelled because SHE FAILED to get on the ballot.

Awful , the arrogance and lack of humility.

Aside from anything else how does a former Minister for Social Protection not know that the Gender Recognition Act was part of a settlement of a High Court dispute?

If Catherine Connolly was spouting such delusional fuckwittery, you can be damn sure she would be fact-checked!

Yep - we are super strong and we will cure society of all these problems we’ve invented that usually involves minorities, wapecially the trans. We are so strong, but why do you guys keep picking on us with your words and your cancel culture?

I notice they’ve started with FFFG are left wing nonsense.

Look lads, I know yer embarrassed to call yerselves fundamentalist christian conservatives, but that’s not our fault.

Karen Steen BL does realise you can’t just cancel elections right?

Is she looking for someone to override democracy?

Or is this just more privileged attention seeking from someone who didn’t measure up, but blamed everyone else?

Whatever it is, it’s not presidential.

Businesses can claim VAT back for goods and services they use. The only VAT businesses should ultimately pay is VAT collected from consumers that they then pay to the government.
dailigh.bsky.social
Reducing the VAT rate on places like McDonald’s is criminal - especially when lower income homes/families are saying it’s become more expensive to shop healthily.

Fook hospitality, & fook the government for letting a lobby group pull the wool over their eyes. #Speirgorm #budget2026

VAT is a tax on luxury items, such as eating out, drinks, hotels etc. so explain to me how a wealthy lobby group has convinced the government to hand 4.5% of this tax on the consumer (approx. €700 million) to companies such as McDonald’s and Supermacs & we are not getting utterly livid? #speirgorm

Gavin has shown himself unfit to be President. This is why we should let our current President take a third term, despite his age. Who cares what the constitution says.
dailigh.bsky.social
We’d be watching the Steen Stans Steaming about how a vote for Gavin was a vote for her & coupled with last years referendums it means 121% of the population wanted her as President.

Remember in this election - Vote Connolly - Transfer Gavin.

If we can’t get Catherine over the line we can at least take the sting out of the loss #speirgorm

Surprised at FF letting Gavin step down from Presidential run when he had bad recollection about some money dealings in the past.

His message was very on brand for FF.

Indeed, there may be exceptions, but in general VAT is added to things that are considered a luxury.

I wonder is it less to do with the severity of the weather (which will govern the colour of the warning) & more to do with the quality of electricity infrastructure, investment and population size?
