Connection between Byron and Scott remains terrible.
The places where the Scott lane is level with the sidewalk means there's at best half the bike lane cleared 👎
Solid ice windrows! The worst offender is Albert at Preston because Preston doesn't even extend north of Albert!

Did Britannia Winter Trail out to Ottawa West Winter Trail, with the loop near the big Carling Campus, then back more or less the same way. I did most side loops either out or back.

We found a stray night at a Lac Phillipe yurt in February, and the kids are pumped! They're up to 3.5km ski in a day, so will be able to do it!

If Santa knew that these not-Lego Cappys were such a pain to put together (the blocks connect vertically AND horizontally) he would not have put one in each kids' stocking. They're cute though!

Just finished my last in office day of the year, and it'll probably be my last bike ride. Looks like I did over 1500km -- this is mostly commutes plus a few longer rides, not shopping trips etc. Can definitely see where I chained vacation and being sick over the summer!

My 6 year old has his 16 year old cousin for gift exchange this year (I have a big family. Grownups buy for one grownup; kids for one kid), and he declared that he would buy her a Shakespeare play "because everyone loves that guy!"
