They're planning on Cork, Meath and Roscommon I think - not sure at what stage of the process they're at.

We're such a poxy country when it comes to habitat - a barren ecosystem with no biodiversity. It may be green but it doesn't mean it's good for nature and wildlife.

NP this is the drawing and link to the PP - it's explained why it was invalid (not refused). To submit this crap below, 6 years late, and expect a positive is stupidity. planning.agileapplications.ie/southdublin/...

They changed the appearance of the house which they need PP for. It was embarrassing what they submitted (picture a five year old would draw) . Once they submit it correctly they'll get it. Pointless story.

Nonsense article. They half assed it when applying both times. Rather than going to every journalist in the country and having it constantly posted they could have done it correctly at the beginning.

What are your absolute must sees and then we could help. The Reddit sub I've mentioned is great because it's a mix of locals and people who have been offering advice.

Honestly you'll spend most of your time in the car. Americans always seem to have these plans and regret it. The roads are narrow and very different to what you're used to, you won't be able to stop along the routes and check the sites and it'll be an excuse to come back. Bet any money Reddit agree

My advice is draw a line from Dublin to Galway and do north or south. You don't want to spend all your time travelling. Try the Irishtourism group on Reddit for great advice

I think it's taken from the shortest evening but I could be wrong.

That was like us for beast from the east but we had no fire as we had just moved in so we couldn't test the flues. We had an oil leak as well so no heating.

I know exactly how people are feeling now unfortunately.
