Sequatchie Cove Creamery cheeses that Bill Keener brought to Dostoevsky seminar gathering last night. In last-minute prep, I didn't place with the more ordinary fare on the table. This morning I feel grateful for last night's discussion, sad we didn't have the cheese...but admit delight too!
