Romance covers waaaaaay more territory than people think. There are loads of really great fantasy and scifi stories 'hidden' in romance just because it has a romance and/or smut in it.

Because it's the first real, clear, on camera as President, straight up, can't be spun as anything other than misogyny, thing he's done. There's no possible ambiguity for anyone to wave it away with, and nothing will happen. This is the next big step toward the ledge we all saw coming.

Also, this was a very real on my own thought but as I posted it I wondered how many years ago @thisone0verhere.bsky.social posted this same thought on some other social media platform, I never saw it, and everyone is still going to accuse me of trying to steal his bit.

Also, it's getting worse at doing what it's asked to do, not better. I bought it for home automation and it's busy trying to sell me some other service or product and not doing home automation. Fix your shit or I'm finding someone else that will do what I want.

I think my problem with this is that it fits into the conservative narrative of "see, the government didn't need to fund this in the first place because... capitalism."
