Not sometimes, it's a regular practice experienced by thousands of people.
'Bussification' itself is an illegal activity in MOST cases, not like in 1-2% of them.

There is a martial law and curfew in place to prevent that scenario from happening. To counter it he has to have a well armed corps in place, some kind of mutiny among high ranking officers or something like that. I don't think that's an option for the next couple of years.

Ukr has been having low stockpiles of Patriots for months already. Air Force (western planes) is mainly used now instead.

What was your source on Drach? Can't find any of the facts mentioned. He is not on the list of Lviv mayors. He is also not on the list of ambassadors to Poland (though other prominent book-author-turned-politician Pavlychko is). And no mentions of 'Polish road' (I assume it's Polski Shlyakh in Ukr)

The have money until the end of the year. They can't keep up with inflation and looming budget deficit and will have to scale down offensive ops next year if they want to continue.
