My “recent” games like this are Horizon Zero Dawn & Death Stranding. I couldn’t vibe with either when they launched and bounced off around the 8-9 hour mark. For me it really took the hype of the sequels to draw me back into those worlds and revisit them again. Now I’ve platinumed both.

I wish more people were open to doing this. Sometimes ur just not in the right head space afor a game. I’ve revisited games id earlier gave up on and added all time favorites to my list. I mean sometimes ur right the first time, but it’s worth the risk. 😂

It def got dark. Made my Top 10 last year.

Yeah when I first started I kept track of the hours I played and score I gave it, with a little review and I was like I need to simplify this. So now I just keep an inote for each years games and do my top 10 games list.

I’m always excited to see more people doing this. I’ve kept track since 2015 of every game I’ve “beat” and for years I was like am I the only nerd doing this. 😂
