back in balance. 1. cut unnecessary expenses 2. find ways to raise more money.
We often hear that we should run gov't like a family budget. So, sure, cut unnecessary expenses. But raise more money too. Tax the rich.

It seems to me that any law enforcement officer, whether local, state or federal, would not want to cover their faces. Aren't they proud of their work & want the world to know that they're law enforcement?
