My only real recommendation is to make sure your dishes and bowls, and most of all baking sheets will fit. We got a Bosch in 2021 and we can get exactly 1 (?!?) half sheet pan in there comfortably. Which is terrible.
Cleans really well, though, and it’s very quiet.

We also have a cat, and both of them routinely crop dust us. My partner gets the brunt of it because she works from home, but I swear the two of them are having some sort of competition

I quit cold turkey in January 2021 in the days after watching the insurrection, not sure I’d be able to do that now though.

I have a 12” Staub skillet, it’s cast iron but it’s enameled so less fussy. Expensive, though. My favorite is the Staub All Day pan, it’s only 11” but it’s also got a glass dome lid. I use it for almost everything.
