“It’s not just that our taxes are going into some sick circular economy with Ford and his donors - it’s that it’s not going into healthcare, education, or homelessness! Ford’s scandals are causing HARM to Ontarians! It’s OBSCENE! #onpoli #Cndpoli 🤬🤬🤬

I'm playing with an AI tool, running locally. I shut it down, restarted it, I wanted to see if it remembered the context of our last chat. I asked "Do you remember my last question, and your answer?" And it responded:

I can't understand why Singapore is so interested in my website, which is only a place to share my music and have a home for my company. My company's only client is the Canadian government, so I'm confused. Maybe they love my music.

A couple of days ago I posted a link to one of my music videos, but I posted a link to a version I put on Youtube. They compressed out the subtleties of the colours, so I deleted that one and here's a link to the good one: damaru.com/music/the-su...

When are they going to say "You're Fired!"?

It's interesting watching how people record themselves talking about politics or current events. Last year, everyone did it sitting in a car. These days, they're all holding little microphones.

After all we've been through this year, I think it's that escaped monkey that's going to finally destroy civilization.

Trump had those fly-overs so that he could remind everyone that he's involved.

What with the White House ballroom and tacky decorations, the cancelling of trans military pensions, ICE, extorting universities and all the rest of it, it feels to me like Trump is trying to engorge himself as quickly and voluminously as possible. Maybe he realizes it can't last forever, maybe not.

I can't help indulging in some schadenfreude. I believe Trump is in a state of deep paranoia that keeps him from being able to enjoy anything at all. I'm sure he's in a living hell.

I'm working right at this moment with a group of civil servants. We're getting a new application running that will allow people with disabilities to get a new benefit. I'm proud to be working to help fellow Canadians, and I must say the people at Economic, Social and Development Canada do work hard.

One thing I like about our new P.M. Mark Carney is that he's not in the news all the time. He doesn't care about the ratings. I suspect he might be a Buddhist.
