Lee was a good Defensive general vs bad offensive generals. He definitely had talent especially in the morale management department. Still militarily he wasn't anything special and as soon as Grant showed up to hammer him with the north's strengths he had nothing unique.

A lot of the Southern Generals were the beneficiaries of fighting a defensive war with an opponent who often times refused to punish southern blunders. Add in the norths own host of blunders and you get a mythos for guys like Lee and Jackson. Compare Meade in Gettysburg to Lee's defensive battles.

As a daily driver electric makes a lot of sense even in rural communities. What your up against is the infrastructure not being there to support a go anywhere lifestyle for people who don't want to plan. The other main issue is for people who tow stuff the range variance is huge.
